If so, we have exciting opportunities for an experienced Commercial Property & Casualty Sales Executive/Producer to join our team. The Commercial Property & Casualty Producer is responsible for prospecting, soliciting, quoting and selling new Commercial accounts. Individual will demonstrate their passion for sales by achieving/exceeding specific sales goals and service responsibilities as determined during the yearly planning process.
The income range for this role is $80,000 to $150,000 with commission and bonus. We are excited to offer a competitive total rewards package that includes health benefits and 401(k).
Essential Job Functions
- Identifies and develops insurance prospects and appropriate markets
- Responds to referrals quickly and effectively
- Pre-qualifies insurance prospects for insurability and quality of risk
- Creates and maintains client of prospect lists
- Designs insurance plans and recommends coverage to clients
- Completes and submits applications and related documentation
- Delivers policies to clients
- Referrals are the best way to grow
